The Prototyp Week
Our Internal hackathon concept to meet, explore, and break new technical ground together.
What is The Prototyp Week?
Twice a year, we dedicate a week to the internal team building and hackathon concept we call “The Prototyp Week”. We usually schedule one in the beginning of the year, and one right after our summer break.
During “The Prototyp Week” we gather our entire team to break new ground within digital product development together. And to have fun of course!
The rules are simple: 1) a technical focus area or framework is set (sometimes optional), 2) the team is divided into groups, 3) the groups then generate ideas and create prototypes or a Proof of Concept based on the focus area/framework.
At the end of the week each group gets to demo their ideas and prototypes. They each talk us through the process of creating their solution, what challenges they encountered and what they learned along the way.
