Hailing from the beautiful province of Dalarna, Stina is a true force to be reckoned with. Not content with just one area of expertise, she currently works as a developer at Prototyp while also pursuing her Master's degree in Computer Science at the prestigious KTH in Stockholm, specializing in Cognitive Systems.

Stina first discovered Prototyp through an event at school and was immediately drawn to our unique and creative approach to work. She was particularly impressed by the "Prototyp weeks," which allow all the employees of Prototyp to experiment with new technologies and solutions twice a year. This mindset and curiosity, Stina says, influences the regular work at Prototyp as well and always encourages her to keep learning new things. As a student and young developer, Stina finds this to be invaluable.

Stina is excited about her specialization in cognitive systems. She believes that AI and machine learning are becoming more established in our lives and that there are incredible opportunities in all areas of industry and business to use machine learning to improve society. Stina is particularly interested in Robotics and is looking forward to learning more about it during her Master's studies.

Growing up on a farm in the countryside of Dalarna, Stina has always had a strong connection to nature. Even now that she lives in the middle of Stockholm, proximity to nature is incredibly important to her. She likes to spend her free time hiking or snowboarding, drinking tea and coffee (although she can't handle caffeine) and reading as much as possible. And here's a fun fact, Stina once rode a moose when she was a kid, just like John Bauer!
